The Western Heritage Story

Western Heritage Family

You are reading: About Us/family

Western Heritage Furniture is so much more than a just place to come to work and "make the furniture". Not to say we we don't ever hit our snooze buttons in the morning, but it's most likely because we saw Los Guys play at the Spirit Room the night before. And yes, when we're not at work we do hang out together.

We are a team of craftsmen and computer geeks, accountants and artists, musicians and artists who have created an environment of harmony and respect. We try to bring our unique experiences, talents and varied backgrounds with us and it shows in our furniture.

Tim McClellan

Tim McClellan

Born in Tallahassee, FL, McClellan currently resides in Jerome, AZ with his daughter Riley Claire.

An avid outdoorsman and environmentalist, in his spare time he enjoys, mountain biking, climbing, fishing and cruising the winding mountain roads of northern Arizona on his Harley.

When Tim founded WHF in 1991, his vision was not unlike other artists – to share his creations with the world.

A decade later McClellan maintains that vision as the creative force behind every piece of WHF furniture. Since being introduced to the trade at the age of eight Tim’s woodworking goals have moved beyond that of your typical craftsman - there are those who make furniture to live and there are those who live to make furniture.

Tim’s dream is to create pieces that stand the test of time in both construction and design.

Tim McClellan

Tim McCune

After traveling the world as a private Yacht Captain, Tim McCune happened upon Jerome, AZ in 1999 by accident. It was serendipity that introduced him to Tim McClellan.

McCune also happened to have the marketing expertise that McClellan was looking for in a partner. Together they were able to grow WHF into what it is today. Now C.E.O. of WHF, McCune oversees marketing and financial operations.

In addition to his achievements in the home furnishings and maritime industries, 33-year-old McCune has spent his winter months as a marine coordinator in the film and television industry. During that time, he was also a production assistant for the 1994 New Line release of Dumb & Dumber as well as a few independent films.

Tim also helps out with the Special Olympics, Boys & Girls Clubs of America and has served as an officer of the Jerome Bike Jamboree.

Now residing in Jerome, AZ, Tim enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, Boardsailing and spending time with friends and family.
